Job summary

SUTD Academy is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Design·AI trainer-innovator activities on a one-year contract. You will design and deliver design-centric, AI-enabled programmes that bridge design, technology, and human-centred innovation at CET sectors.

You will apply AI-enabled design tools, lead hands-on projects from ideation to prototyping, and collaborate with faculty and industry partners to showcase impact and translate research into practice.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant degree and 4+ years of experience.
• Proven track record in design making using AI with applied projects.
• Formal training or substantial design/AI experience across domains (e.g., product, engineering, experience design).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Design·AI programmes and workshops for CET sectors.
• Lead hands-on design projects from framing to prototyping using AI tools.
• Collaborate with faculty and external partners to showcase impact and support translational projects.
