Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) seeks a Talent Solution Architect to shape Singapore's AI upskilling within TeSA. You will strategise, collaborate with public and private partners, and drive CET initiatives to grow a world-class ICT workforce.

You will lead research, KPI setting, programme concept development and cross‑agency coordination, ensuring impactful outcomes and accountable programme delivery in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI or emerging technologies; domain experience preferred.
• Experience in public sector industry development and manpower policy & planning.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Agile and adaptable to fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead upskilling efforts in AI for the tech workforce in Singapore.
• Set CET strategy, conduct research and KPI planning.
• Manage partner identification and training plans with IHLs and providers.
• Oversee internal IMDA approvals, implementation, accounts and marketing.
• Maintain CET website, track impact indicators and reports.
• Plan CET budget and manpower resources; train officers.
