Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager for overseeing CCTV/VMS installation and IT infrastructure projects.

You will manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The role requires 7+ years in related fields, strong coordination skills, and a track record in IT management systems deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of system-related experience in CCTV / VMS installation, IT infrastructure or software integration.
• Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with good organisational and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interface between the customer and project team and manage expectations.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Control costs, schedule, and resource planning for projects.
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Education

Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline

Responsibilities

• Contractual interface between the customer.
• Managing customers’ expectations and the relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Managing cost and profitability, scheduling of projects and resource planning.
• Able to manage and control quality.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Plan resources availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalation to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Vendors sourcing and evaluation. Negotiation with suppliers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of system-related experience in CCTV / VMS installation, IT (VAPT etc), infrastructure, software integration
• Strong interpersonal skills with good organisational and coordination abilities.
