Job summary

VikConnect Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver ICT and camera-related projects across multi-site environments. You will coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements while delivering on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project lifecycle management, risk tracking, documentation, and overseeing integration of frontend camera systems with backend applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in CS/IT/EE or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years in ICT systems or project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end ICT projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and agencies; report milestones.
• Provide site support and escort for deployment and testing.
• Implement ICT systems with security, testing, and integration.

Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering ICT and Camera-related projects, ensuring they are completed within schedule, budget, and compliance requirements. The role involves close coordination with vendors, stakeholders, and government agencies, with a strong focus on system integration, cybersecurity, and large-scale infrastructure deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Track milestones, risks, and expenditures; report to management
• Identify and mitigate risks; elevate issues when necessary
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
• Prepare project documentation and reports

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Engage stakeholders across departments and agencies
• Liaise between users and vendors for solution delivery
• Manage contracts, procurement, and payments
• Ensure compliance with SLAs

Site Support and Escort

Technical & System Implementation

• Implement ICT systems with security and scalability
• Ensure integration, testing, and commissioning
• Support large-scale surveillance and camera deployment and acceptance test
• Oversee infrastructure setup (network, electrical, structural)
• Integrate camera-related frontend system with backend application

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or related
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years in ICT systems or project management
• Knowledge in surveillance, wireless, system integration, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity
• Experience in large enterprise or multi-site environments preferred
