Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead Asset Services initiatives. You will review asset accounting, drive policy frameworks, and implement process improvements across governance and documentation.

You will engage multiple stakeholders, manage peak-period activity, and ensure practical, sustainable solutions while maintaining strong numerical accuracy and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in fixed assets management within large organisations or public sector preferred.
• Ability to analyse issues holistically and develop practical solutions.
• Strong learning agility and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to review asset accounting and management practices, including capitalisation, write-off and confirmation processes.
• Develop policy proposals and translate positions into practical implementation approaches.
• Review SOPs and documentation to ensure alignment with accounting and policy needs.
• Provide hands-on support during peak periods to ensure improvements are effectively implemented.
