Job summary

The National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) Foundation is seeking a Deputy Director to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic programmes, and strengthen partnerships for social impact in Singapore. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee governance, operations, and programme execution from policy intent to tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in philanthropy, non-profit management, or CSR.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders, government agencies, and partners.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver impact.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of strategic programmes and support schemes.
• Ensure initiatives meet policy intents, governance requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Monitor societal and labour trends and translate into actionable operational strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee governance framework, including grants and funding agreements.
• Lead planning and review of meetings, events, and campaigns including board meetings and media engagements.
