Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of ICT/transportation technology experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong leadership and people management skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Good understanding of system architecture, software delivery, data configuration, data analytics, cloud technologies, and governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of bus information systems.
• Drive digital transformation of bus operations using emerging technologies.
• Establish and maintain technology roadmaps, architectures, and standards for reliability and scalability.
• Oversee vendor, contract, and stakeholder management with operators, system integrators, and providers.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance and compliance for OT and IT systems supporting bus operations.
• Direct management of system operations, incident response, and business continuity planning.
• Leverage data to drive decision-making, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic advice on technology investments, risks, and innovations.
