Job summary

National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in Singapore seeks a Deputy Director, Projects (Application & Platform) to lead the PM team and accelerate NTUC’s digital transformation. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration across business units, develop scalable IT solutions and oversee governance, budgets, and vendor management.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong communication, and ability to translate business needs into IT deliverables that improve member experience across NTUC

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers.
• Define objectives, scope, goals and deliverables for applications and platforms to support the Digital Transformation Journey.
• Oversee Agile-based project implementation and develop technology work plans.
• Collaborate with product managers and business units to identify opportunities and rollout features.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and clear communication/training materials across transformation operations.
• Review contracts and governance to ensure vendor performance and contract compliance.
• Manage yearly IT Application operation and maintenance budget.
