Responsibilities

• Deploy daily routes and supervise driver movements.
• Conduct site visits and address stakeholder complaints.
• Investigate accidents and report findings.
• Lead weekly and monthly toolbox briefings.
• Inspect vehicles before deployment.
• Monitor attendance and discipline of workers.
• Compile sector tonnage data and route audits.
• Coordinate logistics for special projects.
• Collaborate with HSSE and fleet management on safety and movement.
• Maintain assets including vehicles, first aid kits, spill kits.
• Cover duties during manpower shortages.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
