Solventum in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to accelerate growth of Dental Solutions. You will build trusted relationships with dentists, hospitals, and distributors, and you will lead initiatives to expand market presence in your territory.

You’ll consistently hit or exceed sales targets, manage opportunities in Salesforce, and partner with Marketing and Clinical teams to deliver value-based demonstrations and education programs for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Healthcare, Dentistry, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or dental products.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing distributor or channel partner relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across functions.
• Strong planning, organizational, and account management capabilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and exceed annual sales targets, business objectives, and territory growth goals.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition.
• Build strong partnerships with dentists, specialists, dental groups, hospitals, institutions, and distribution partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Present, demonstrate, and promote Solventum Dental solutions through persuasive value-based selling.
• Drive adoption of new products and marketing initiatives within the market.
• Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce.com) to manage opportunities, customer engagement activities, and sales forecasting.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Specialists, Professional Education, and Channel Partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support and participate in scientific education programs, product launches, workshops, and customer training events.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting, pipeline management, and business reviews.
