Job summary

Starlight Dental Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a dedicated Dental Assistant to provide chairside support during procedures, sterilise instruments, and maintain clean treatment rooms.

You will welcome patients, handle registrations and reminders, and assist with front desk duties to ensure a smooth daily clinic operation. Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential, with weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on weekends (5 days, including Saturdays and Sundays).
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during dental treatments and procedures.
• Sterilising and preparing instruments and equipment for use in accordance with infection control protocol.
• Maintaining clean and organised treatment rooms.
• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage patient registration, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and send timely reminders.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries.
• Handle billing and payments.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
• Support the smooth running of daily clinic operations and liaise with clinical staff.
• Participate in regular stock counts, ensure accurate records, label stocks, monitor expiry dates, and replenish supplies in treatment rooms.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by Clinic Management
