Job summary

TWINKLE FAMILY DENTALCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly and dependable dental assistant to join our clinic.

You will assist dentists during treatments, maintain sterilization, manage patient check-ins, and handle light administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental clinic experience, fluent English, and good communication. Proficiency with clinic software and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a dental clinic preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and have good communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic IT tools and clinic software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to dentist during dental treatment/surgery
• Maintaining and sterilizing instruments, equipment and work areas
• Comply with Infection Control Standards
• Casting of models and fabrication of retainers
• Process X-Rays under direction of dentists
• Perform administrative and receptionist duties
• Answering of telephone calls and enquiries from patients
• Maintaining appointment schedules by calling patients for follow-up and for recall appointments
• Registration of patients for their appointments, and discharging patients after their treatment (including payment, medicine dispensation, scheduling of next appointment)
• Any adhoc duties assigned by the clinic manager

Requirements

• IT literate (able to use clinic software, e-mail, Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Clinic operating hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am to 9 pm, Friday 9am to 630pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, Sunday 9 am to 1 pm.
• Willing to work night sessions and weekends
