URBAN LANDSCAPES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion.

The role ensures delivery on time, within budget, and in full regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on safety and site operations. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of hands-on demolition and scaffolding experience, solid knowledge of methods and sequencing, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on site experience in demolition and scaffolding works.
• Strong understanding of demolition methods, construction sequencing, and project execution.
• Knowledge of compliance standards, workplace safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Certifications related to construction and demolition projects are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage demolition projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop schedules, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Supervise daily site operations and ensure safe, efficient work per project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate sequencing, temporary works, scaffolding, waste management, and material disposal.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to achieve milestones.
• Monitor costs, productivity, quality, and progress; report to management and clients.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, permits, inspections, and compliance records.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to minimize delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, andmanagedemolition projects frompre-construction toproject completion.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, riskassessments, and methodstatements.
• Supervise daily siteoperations and ensurework is executedsafely, efficiently, andaccording to projectspecifications.
• Ensure compliance withall relevant workplacesafety, environmental,and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate demolitionsequencing, temporary works, scaffolding, waste management, and material disposal.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnelto ensure projectmilestones are achieved.
• Monitor project costs,productivity, quality,and progress, andprepare regular reportsfor management andclients.

Requirements:

• Minimum3 to 5 years ofhands-on siteexperiencein demolition andscaffolding works.
• Strong understanding ofdemolition methods, constructionsequencing, and projectexecution.
• Good knowledge ofapplicable compliance standards, workplace safety regulations, andenvironmental requirements.
• Proven knowledge andrelevant certificationsrequired to manageconstruction and demolitionprojects.
• Formal academic qualificationsare not mandatory; however, relevant industryskill certifications areessential.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solvingabilities.
• Excellent communication,coordination, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to managemultiple stakeholdersand work effectivelyunder pressure.
• Proficient in MicrosoftOffice and projectmanagement documentation.

Preferred Certifications:

• Relevant demolition orconstruction safetycertifications.
• Scaffolding supervisionor management certification.
• Workplace Safety andHealth (WSH) certifications(where applicable).
• First Aid andFire Safety certification(preferred).
• Any recognized projectmanagement certificationis anadvantage.
