CONTINUANCE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily structural demolition activities on-site in Singapore. You will ensure work follows approved method statements and plans while maintaining safety standards.
You will manage a team of demolition workers and heavy machinery operators, coordinate with site engineers and main contractors, and monitor progress to meet project timelines while enforcing WSH regulations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Site Execution: Lead and execute daily structural demolition operations, ensuring all site activities are executed safely and in accordance with approved Method Statements and engineering plans.
WSH & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Conduct daily toolbox meetings, identify potential on-site hazards, and implement Safe Work Procedures (SWP) to protect personnel and property.
Team Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and lead a team of demolition workers and heavy machinery operators, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
Resource & Equipment Management: Manage site logistics, including the safe deployment of specialized demolition equipment and the proper sorting, removal, and disposal of construction debris and hazardous materials.
Project Coordination: Liaise closely with site engineers, project managers, and main contractors to track work progress, resolve technical on-site issues independently, and ensure project timelines are met punctually.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience in construction and structural demolition work, with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity.
In-depth practical knowledge of demolition techniques, heavy machinery operation, and local WSH statutory requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Physically resilient and capable of managing demanding site conditions while maintaining a high standard of operational safety.
