HANAE ITALIAN PTE. LTD. is opening a family-style Korean-Italian osteria on Telok Ayer Street in Oct 2026.

We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the Back of House operations and contribute to Western and Korean cuisine preparations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, training in Western food preparations, and a passion for learning and teamwork. Fluent English is required for communication with the team, suppliers, and guests.
