HANAE ITALIAN PTE. LTD. invites a Chef de Partie to join its Back of House team as it prepares a family-style Korean-Italian fusion concept opening in the CBD in 4Q 2026.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in a full-service restaurant and strong English communication, with enthusiasm to explore Western and Korean cuisines and to work under a Michelin‑standard Head Chef.

Competenze

At least 3 years' experience in a full-service restaurant.
Established skills in Western food preparations, noodle-making, pasta-making.
Keenness to explore both Western and Korean cuisine styles.
Strong team player.
Willingness to learn and stamina to upkeep with a Head Chef trained in MICHELIN quality standard.
Languages: strong command of spoken and written English.

Greetings! We are a new family-style Korean-Italian fusion restaurant opening in the CBD area in 4Q 2026. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Back of House operations.

Requirements:

At least 3 years' experience in a full-service restaurant
