Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
• Possess WSG Food Safety level 1 or level 2
• Proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu standards
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen with efficiency and consistency
• Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
