Job summary

LG Electronics Singapore is seeking a disciplined SCM professional to join our supply chain team. The role focuses on demand planning and analysis, KPI management, and proactive inventory oversight across EOL/NPI products and shipments.

You will develop PSI reports, monitor stock health (DIO and aging), and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and logistics partners to keep supply aligned with demand. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SCM, inventory planning, or order management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Demand Planning & Analysis: develop weekly/monthly PSI analysis reports and coordinate with Sales & Marketing on sales and inventory status.
• KPI Management: monitor PSI coverage, inventory (DIO and aging), publish weekly KPI reports and stock analysis.
• EOL/NPI: track EOL and NPI sales and inventory status.
• Inventory Management: monitor long-term inventory and DIO to optimize levels.
• Shipment Plan: monitor shipment plans and address shortages to reduce supply issues and optimize inventory.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Planning & Analysis

• Develop weekly / monthly PSI analysis report and communicate with Sales & Marketing to review sales and inventory status
• Use of PSI management system (GSCP, GDMI) to analyze sales forecast and shipment plan

2. KPI Management

• Monitor SFA/Channel PSI Coverage rate/Inventory management (DIO & aging inventory) and analyze troubled area by model to improve KPI
• Publish weekly PSI KPI report to share the result and analysis
• Provide statistical Sell out and channel stocks analysis
• Discuss action log for pending issue with all stake holders during the meeting
• Update and analyze channel PSI (Sell out analysis) and review overall forecast

4. Managing EOL/NPI products

• Be aware of PRM and keep track of EOL / NPI sales & inventory status.

5. Inventory Management

• Monitor and check Long term inventory and DIO regular basis to optimize inventory level.

6. Shipment Plan and monitoring shipment

• Monitor shipment plan and shortage for respective product in order to reduce supply issue and optimize inventory

Requirements :
