Buildo Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily material deliveries to project sites and coordinate with customers, site teams, and drivers. The role requires ensuring on-time delivery, tracking orders, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities include liaising with warehouse, production, Sales, and Project teams, handling urgent delivery requests, and supporting delivery documentation. Must maintain clear communication between office and site operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily material deliveries to project sites.
• Liaise with customers, site supervisors, drivers, and transporters on delivery arrangements.
• Plan and monitor delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up on PO, delivery orders, and material readiness.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, Sales, and Project teams.
• Handle site delivery issues, postponements, and urgent requests.
• Monitor project delivery progress and update internal teams.
• Maintain delivery records and project coordination reports.
• Ensure proper communication between office and site operations.
• Support submission of delivery-related documents when required.
