• Coordinate daily material deliveries to project sites
• Liaise with customers, site supervisors, drivers, and transporters on delivery arrangements
• Plan and monitor delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery
• Follow up on PO, delivery orders, and material readiness
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, Sales, and Project teams
• Handle site delivery issues, postponements, and urgent requests
• Monitor project delivery progress and update internal teams
• Maintain delivery records and project coordination reports
• Ensure proper communication between office and site operations
• Support submission of delivery-related documents when required
