Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Singapore seeks a logistics professional to oversee refurbishment workflows, onboarding new customers, and delivery strategy. You will coordinate internal prep, manage rework orders, and raise transfer orders to ensure smooth operations.

You will also drive carrier partnerships, optimize 2C and new retail delivery capabilities, and support consumer electronics logistics toward 2027 targets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mobile phone refurbishment requirements and create refurbishment packages.
• Coordinate preparation activities and initiate rework orders; track progress to completion.
• Raise and manage transfer orders for mobile phone inventory.
• Review delivery terms and onboarding requirements for new customers.
• Support new product launches, including bundles and delivery requirements.
• Build and optimize delivery capabilities for 2C and new retail, including Shopee NDD and store delivery solutions.
• Develop delivery capabilities for consumer electronics and support 2027 targets.
• Lead the sourcing, selection, onboarding, and ongoing management of logistics service providers.
• Manage logistics operations: customs clearance, warehousing, aged inventory clearance, lead times, exceptions; cost management via budgets and invoice reviews.

5. 5. 2C & New Retail Delivery Capability:
6. Build and optimize delivery capabilities for 2C and new retail businesses, including Shopee NDD, CPS capability enhancement, and store delivery solutions such as dedicated vehicles, milk runs, and courier services.
7. 6. Consumer Electronics Delivery Capability:
8. Develop delivery capabilities for white goods and support the achievement of business targets and operational challenges for 2027.
9. 7. Logistics Service Provider Management:
10. Lead the sourcing, selection, onboarding, and ongoing management of logistics service providers.
11. 8. Logistics Operations Management:
12. Manage customs clearance, strengthen customs and trade compliance capabilities, oversee warehousing operations, identify and drive the clearance of aged inventory, manage delivery lead times, and resolve operational exceptions.
13. 9. Logistics Cost Management:
14. Develop logistics budgets, conduct routine invoice reviews, and follow up on payment processes. Identify optimization opportunities through daily operations and implement initiatives to reduce logistics costs.
