• Hands-on agentic engineering: orchestration, retrieval, tool use, evaluation.
• Strong command of the Microsoft AI stack; capable of leading a track.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into practical AI-enabled solutions for clients.
• Define reference architectures and production-ready solution patterns.
• Lead engineering standards for the FDE track and ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery leads to align with measurables.
