Job summary

GREEN FRESH MART PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations, from closing to end of shift.

You will supervise staff to maintain high customer service standards, manage rosters and leave schedules, and monitor sales to drive revenue growth with new ideas. You will handle inventory, stock management, purchasing, supplier relations, expiry checks, and ensure item availability while controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations from closing to end shift.
• Supervise staff to maintain high customer service standards.
• Monitor sales and seek ways to boost revenue with new ideas.
• Manage staff duty rosters and leave schedules.
• Handle inventory, stock purchasing and supplier management.
• Perform regular expiry checks and coordinate with suppliers for exchanges and to prevent overstocking.
• Ensure product availability and monitor stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Monitor customer feedback and train staff to maintain service quality.
• Assist management with budgeting and sales targets to achieve goals.
• Adhere to government protocols and store regulations at all times.
• Maintain strong inventory control and retail operations under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job description

• Responsible for the entire day to day operations of the store, from closing to end shift.
• Supervise staffs to achieve good customer service standards.
• Monitor sales and improve revenue generation with new ideas.
• Managing staff duty rosters, leave schedules.
• Inventory Management, Stock Management, Purchasing Management, Supplier Management.
• Regular check on all store products for their expiry and inform supplier for exchange and control overstocking.
• Ensure the availability of all items in demand by the customers and manage stocks of those items in store.
• Monitor customer feedback regularly and take necessary actions based on the feedback, and train staffs accordingly, to ensure good service standards.
• With the help of the management, work on the budget and sales management, to ensure the sales target is achieved.
• Adhere to all government protocol, in and out of the store area to ensure all the rules and regulation guidelines are followed.
• Good inventory control practices and retail management systems are needed, and to be able to work under pressure to meet deadline
