Job summary

PRALET invites hands-on Deli Operations Supervisor to run our Singapore store day to day. You'll make sure every sandwich meets our standard, every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy.

You have 2–3 years in F&B operations with at least 1 year leading a team, stay calm under pressure, and bring strong people skills. Comfortable with POS systems and basic Excel; WSQ Food Safety Level 1 (or willingness to complete) is preferred. Weekend and public holidays on a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in F&B operations (QSR, café, deli or bakery).
• At least 1 year leading a team.
• WSQ Food Safety Level 1 or willing to complete; Food Hygiene Officer certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run daily store operations: opening/closing, shift prep, peak-hour service.
• Lead, coach and motivate the crew; plan rosters.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and hygiene per SOPs.
• Manage ordering, stock, deliveries and inventory; control waste and costs.
• Handle guest feedback and Google Reviews.
• Track sales, labour cost and service times; suggest improvements.
• Train new team members and update SOPs when the menu changes.
• Support catering orders, corporate events, and pop-ups including the mobile donut bar.
