Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Manager to grow the Satellite Communications product business.

You will lead the product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market plans for the assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and technology trends. You will work with engineering, sales and partners to translate opportunities into successful products and sustainable growth, while meeting yearly targets for orders, revenue and gross margin.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Satellite Communications, telecommunications, defence, aerospace, or technology product business.
• Proven experience in product management, product business, technology commercialisation, or related role involving technology-based products.
• Strong business acumen to translate market needs, customer requirements, competitive dynamics and technology trends into product strategies and financial outcomes.
• Experience managing or contributing to commercial targets, including orders, revenue, gross margin, pipeline conversion, pricing, or product profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Satellite Communications products, aligned with business priorities and technology trends.
• Deliver yearly financial targets for the product portfolio including orders, revenue, gross margin and related commercial goals.
• Develop clear business cases including revenue, cost, margin and profitability assumptions to support investment decisions.
• Track business performance regularly and take corrective actions to close gaps against targets.
• Identify priority customer segments and markets with strongest growth potential; define differentiated value propositions and selling points.
