Job summary

SG Enable Ltd is recruiting a senior technology leader in Singapore to shape and execute its technology strategy and to strengthen digital delivery capabilities. You will lead product management, engineering, architecture, design and security to deliver sustainable digital products and platforms.

You will build capabilities within the Technology Engineering function, drive modern engineering practices, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and

Qualifications

10–12 years of experience in technology, digital product development or related domains.
At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Strong understanding of product management, Agile delivery and modern software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Lead product management and technology delivery, adopting a product-led operating model.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, architecture, design and security.
Align roadmaps and priorities with organisational objectives and measurable outcomes.
Govern technology investments and oversee delivery timelines and risks.
Foster engineering excellence, reusable platforms and interoperability.
Represent the Director in governance forums and strategic discussions.
