Job summary
STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development professional in Singapore to drive opportunities in defence and automotive vision systems. The role covers the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award, engaging with OEMs, defence contractors and system integrators.
You will collaborate with Engineering and Project teams to tailor technical solutions, manage forecasts, and monitor market trends while travel is required as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in Defence, Military Vehicles, Automotive Electronics, Vision Systems or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B or project-based sales or business development.
- Strong communication with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for defence and automotive vision system solutions.
- Develop opportunities with military vehicle OEMs, defence contractors, system integrators and industry partners.
- Understand customer requirements and work with Engineering teams to develop suitable technical solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, RFQ/RFP, tender submission, negotiation and contract award.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts and business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming defence / military vehicle programmes.
