Job summary

The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) seeks a seasoned professional to lead industry decarbonisation engagement and R&D strategy. You will collaborate with companies, research institutions and government partners to identify opportunities and shape programmes that accelerate deployment of low-carbon solutions.

You'll build cross‑ sector roadmaps, assess technologies, and help mobilise partnerships across public and private sectors to advance Singapore's climate and economic priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in energy, decarbonisation, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand industry needs and identify opportunities for decarbonisation.
• Translate needs into technology/R&D problem statements and opportunities.
• Develop cross-sector view of emerging decarbonisation needs to inform priorities.
• Assess technologies and shape R&D priorities for industry decarbonisation.
• Build partnerships and develop projects across industry, research institutions, and government.
