Job summary

Talent-Merge is hiring a data scientist to tackle data-driven challenges in a Singapore-based role. You will develop ML models, perform analytics, and deliver dashboards that inform business decisions.

Collaboration with clients and stakeholders is key to translating requirements into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong Python/R/SQ L skills, ML knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data science, ML, analytics or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of statistical modelling, ML algorithms, data mining, visualization, and predictive analytics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business problems and translate requirements into data-driven solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Analysecomplex business problems and translate business requirements intodata-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Develop,implement, and maintain machine learning models, statistical models, andpredictive analytics solutions.
• Collect,clean, transform, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources toensure data quality and accuracy.

• Designand develop data science solutions using programming languages such asPython, R, and SQL.
• Collaboratewith clients and cross-functional stakeholders to understand businessneeds and recommend appropriate data science strategies.

• Developdata visualisations, dashboards, and analytical reports to communicatefindings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
