Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data science, ML, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and common data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of statistical modelling, ML algorithms, data mining, visualization and predictive analytics.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business problems and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models, statistical models, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Collect, clean, transform, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Design and develop data science solutions using programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend appropriate data science strategies.
• Build, validate, and optimise machine learning models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and business performance.
• Develop data visualisations, dashboards, and analytical reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data science models and analytical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, present project findings, and provide expert consultation on data science methodologies, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements
