We are looking for a Junior-Mid AI Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping clients identify opportunities where AI and Machine Learning (AI/ML) can deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Discovery & Analysis: Engage clients to understand business challenges, map workflows and customer journeys, and identify opportunities for AI/ML implementation.
• Data Exploration: Analyze client or industry data using tools such as Python and SQL to assess data quality, readiness, and potential business applications.
• AI Project Planning: Define project objectives, scope, success metrics, product vision, and implementation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Requirements Gathering: Conduct client workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to evaluate feasibility, conceptualize AI/ML solutions, and support rapid prototyping.
• Business Case & ROI: Develop project proposals, value propositions, and ROI models to demonstrate the business impact of AI initiatives.
• Client Engagement & Presentation: Present AI/ML concepts and recommendations to clients, translating complex technical ideas into clear business benefits.
• Project Scope Management: Help prioritize project requirements, balance scope, budget, timelines, and quality, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in AI-related business analysis, data analysis, technical consulting, or a similar role. Consulting experience is preferred.
• Foundational programming skills in Python and SQL for data analysis, querying, and exploration.
• Understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with iterative development and testing.

Good to Have

• Background as a Junior Data Scientist, AI Engineer, Software Developer, or Data Analyst looking to move into a strategic, client-facing consulting role.
• Experience supporting AI/ML projects, proof-of-concept development, or technology consulting engagements.
• Passionate in communicating the business value of emerging AI technologies.
