ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Data Scientist (Junior–Mid AI Analyst) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business challenges into AI/ML use cases and practical solutions that deliver measurable impact.

You will explore client data, define objectives, collaborate with architects, and present workshops and proposals to non-technical stakeholders, gaining exposure to LLMs, RAG, and AI agents in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, AI, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in AI-related Business Analysis or Data Analysis; consulting experience preferred.
• Foundational programming skills in Python and SQL for data manipulation and exploration.
• Good understanding of AI/ML tech, especially LLMs, RAG and AI Agents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills for client-facing work.

My client is seeking a Data Scientist (Junior–Mid AI Analyst) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves understanding business challenges, exploring client data, identifying AI/ML use cases and translating business requirements into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with clients and senior team members to understand business challenges, map workflows and customer journeys, and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
• Explore client or relevant industry data to identify data sources, assess data quality and evaluate data readiness for AI/ML initiatives.
• Define project objectives, scope, success metrics and product vision based on business requirements, while supporting project planning and scope management.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to assess feasibility, conceptualise AI/ML solutions and support rapid prototyping.
• Contribute to project roadmaps, delivery planning and ROI assessments to demonstrate business value.
• Prepare and deliver client workshops, presentations and proposals, communicating AI/ML concepts and business benefits to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in AI-related Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Technical Consulting or a related field. Consulting experience is preferred.
• Foundational programming skills in Python and SQL for data manipulation, querying and script-based data exploration.
• Good conceptual understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse business challenges, identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in client-facing consulting, or a background in data science, AI engineering or software development, is an advantage.

• Salary: up to S$6,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
