FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Data Scientist to support Responsible AI (RAI) within the data and analytics division. You will combine technical evaluation of AI systems with governance processes to ensure safe and compliant AI adoption.

The role covers model performance assessment, risk review, policy compliance, and developing safeguards. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to implement governance and monitoring in ongoing AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning or AI.
• Hands-on model evaluation and validation across end-to-end projects.
• Ability to communicate findings to stakeholders and business owners.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate models and methodologies, document findings for each assessment.
• Assess AI risks and safeguards, test risks like hallucination and prompt injection.
• Process governance reviews: ensure policy compliance and evidence support.
• Translate requirements into practical checklists, templates and workflows.
• Develop evaluation tools and monitoring measures with project teams.
• Provide monthly updates on cases, risks and progress; hand over documentation.
