You will create dashboards used by senior stakeholders, handle data analytics solutions with SQL, and ensure quality delivery. Job description

Location: Central Singapore (Bukit Merah)
Contract Duration: 24 Months (renewable)
Industry: Government / Public Sector (HR Transformation Project)

Salary: $5,000 – $7,000/month + AWS + Bonuses (up to 4 months)

What You’ll Do

• Translate HR and business requirements into data-driven dashboards and reports.
• Design, test, and deploy SQL-based data analytics solutions with Power BI/Tableau.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users and ensure quality delivery.
• Perform data audits, vulnerability checks, and feasibility assessments.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation for deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with integration, database, and HR platform teams on implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven SQL skills in data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience in UAT, stakeholder engagement, and user training.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power BI (preferred), Tableau or Qlik.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable HR insights.

Nice-to-Have:

• Python / R for data analysis or ML models.
• Experience with HRIS, workforce analytics, or compliance-related projects.
