Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead AI and data-driven projects from ideation to production deployment.

You will translate business needs into technical tasks, coordinate with data scientists and engineers, apply Agile/Scrum, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Technical BA/PM/PO or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering AI/Data Science projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum project management.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP and AI/cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/Data Science projects from ideation to deployment.
• Engage stakeholders to define objectives, scope and success criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear technical tasks for TLs, DS and engineers.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices and tailor delivery for AI/ML projects.
• Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Align business and technical teams and manage expectations.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI, Data Science and data-driven projects from ideation and requirements gathering through development, UAT, production deployment and handover.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand pain points, define project objectives, scope, deliverables and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks for Technical Leads, Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and adapt project delivery approaches for AI/ML projects.
• Communicate project progress, technical outcomes and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment between business and technical teams.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Owner or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering AI, Data Science or data-driven projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum project management.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP and AI/cloud infrastructure.
