Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Business Analyst/PM/PO to lead end-to-end AI and data-driven projects, coordinating with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders in Singapore. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, drive Agile processes, and manage timelines, risks and governance to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in a related technical role, proven AI project delivery, and strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Owner or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering AI, Data Science or data-driven projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum project management.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP and AI/cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI, Data Science and data-driven projects from ideation through development, UAT, production deployment and handover.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand pain points, define project objectives, scope, deliverables and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks for Technical Leads, Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and adapt project delivery approaches for AI/ML projects.
• Communicate project progress, technical outcomes and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment between business and technical teams.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
