Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to drive AI and data science initiatives from ideation to production handover.

You will translate business needs into technical tasks, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies. Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud infra is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inTechnical BA/PM/PO or similar role.
• Proven end-to-end AI/Data Science project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI, Data Science and data-driven projects from ideation and requirements gathering through development, UAT, production deployment and handover.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand pain points, define project objectives, scope, deliverables and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks for Technical Leads, Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and adapt project delivery approaches for AI/ML projects.
• Communicate project progress, technical outcomes and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment between business and technical teams.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
