Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee AI and data science projects. You will define problems, plan milestones, engage stakeholders, and guide solutions from prototype to production, applying Agile/Scrum to AI delivery.

The role requires strong ownership and the ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics(STEM).
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Owner, or in a similar delivery role supporting AI, data science, or data-driven products.
• Proven track record of managing the full AI or data science project lifecycle—from ideation and problem definition through development, testing, production deployment, and operational handover.
• Strong practical knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, with demonstrated ability to adapt them specifically to AI/ML delivery.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms and AI infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure).
• Highly proactive and accountable mindset, demonstrating strong ownership and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery Leadership: manage full project lifecycle from problem definition to project closure.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Vision Alignment: engage with business stakeholders to shape goals and communicate outcomes.
• Business-to-Technical Translation: translate vision into precise project scopes, tasks, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Technical Leads, Data Scientists, and Engineers to ensure feasible solutions.
• Risk Management & Governance: identify and mitigate risks, ensure documentation, approvals, and handovers are completed.
• Lead end-to-end Data Science and AI projects, taking ownership of planning, tracking, coordinating resources, and delivery.
• Adapt modern PM methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) for AI/ML delivery.
• Guide solutions through prototype, validation, testing, production readiness, and release stages.
