Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead AI and data-driven initiatives from ideation to production deployment and handover. You will engage business stakeholders to define objectives, translate requirements into technical tasks, and drive end-to-end delivery with Agile/Scrum practices.

Collaboration with data scientists, engineers and technical leads is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technical Business Analyst, Technical PM, Technical PO or similar role.
• Proven experience delivering AI, Data Science or data-driven projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum project management.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI, Data Science and data-driven projects from ideation through deployment and handover.
• Engage business stakeholders to define objectives, scope, deliverables and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks for Tech Leads, DS and Engineers.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices and adapt delivery for AI/ML projects.
• Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Align business and technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

• Engage business stakeholders to understand pain points, define project objectives, scope, deliverables and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks for Technical Leads, Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and adapt project delivery approaches for AI/ML projects.
• Communicate project progress, technical outcomes and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment between business and technical teams.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Technical Product Owner or similar role.
