You will align business, product and engineering teams to turn requirements into reliable datasets, dashboards, and actionable insights. You will own the roadmap for internal data projects, ensuring Metabase and Amplitude deliver timely analytics for data-driven decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in project management, BI, analytics or product analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional data projects and stakeholders.
• Hands-on with Metabase, Amplitude or similar BI tools.
• Strong KPI, dashboard design and business reporting skills.
• Basic SQL and relational database familiarity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Define and maintain company-wide KPIs across operations, product, finance, marketing, sales and more.
• Translate business questions into measurable metrics and data needs.
• Own the internal analytics ecosystem using Metabase and Amplitude.
• Design reporting frameworks and ensure consistent metric definitions.
• Build dashboards and reports supporting operational and product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define events, funnels, retention and engagement metrics.
• Lead multiple cross-functional data projects from planning through execution.
• Prioritize data requests based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate work across business teams, product, software and data engineers.
