Qualifications

• Must be PMP Certified.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Management and Enterprise BI implementations.
• Experience delivering MINDEF projects with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data and Analytics projects from initiation to successful completion to achieve client objectives.
• Manage project scope, dependencies, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee project resources to meet gross margin and financial goals.
• Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues to minimize impact.
• Ensure project delivery meets defined quality, time, and cost standards.
• Coordinate and monitor task execution to achieve efficient project outcomes.
• Engage and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients to support project success.
• Coach and develop project team members to enhance performance and capabilities.
• Lead project proposal development, ensuring accurate cost estimation and realistic assumptions.
