Job summary

CORNERSTONE NEXUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead data-driven decision-making, automation, and BI initiatives. You will govern dashboards, data pipelines, and CRM integrations, partnering with AI/Engineering/Product/Marketing across international client engagements.

The role focuses on building scalable reporting architectures, enhancing marketing analytics, and driving workflow optimisations with Python, SQL, APIs, and automation tools in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field from a recognised university.
• 3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, automation, or related field.
• Proven experience in dashboard development and reporting automation.
• Hands-on coding in Python, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, regex, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI agents, and automation platforms such as n8n.
• Experience with Firebase or similar backend platforms and AWS cloud or DevOps workflows.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, data integration, and business reporting tools.
• Understanding of Agile project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, CRM user flows, and digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI projects translating business requirements into insights and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel or similar.
• Build data pipelines integrating CRM platforms, marketing tools, databases, and other systems.
• Analyze business, customer, sales, and marketing data for trends and opportunities.
• Design and optimise CRM workflows, customer journeys, and reporting systems.
• Develop workflow automation and AI agent integrations using Python, JavaScript, APIs, n8n, and prompt engineering.
• Manage SQL queries, data transformations, validations, and backend integrations using Firebase or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with AI, Engineering, Product and Marketing on system integrations and deployment workflows.
• Support marketing analytics, campaign reporting, content workflows, and lead generation initiatives.
• Coordinate project delivery using Agile, Kanban, sprint-based or Waterfall methodologies.
• Communicate progress, findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and international clients.
• Maintain data quality, reporting standards, technical documentation, and data access controls.
