Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Business Intelligence and Data Analytics professional to support end-to-end data solutions and drive data-driven decisions across teams. You will work on centralised data marts and translate business needs into actionable tasks for the data teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate insights.

You will operate in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring data accuracy, and continually identifying gaps and optimisation opportunities to impact business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and manage timelines and priorities.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic understanding of data architecture and data engineering.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Support in overall project planning, progress, and deliverables for key metrics in a centralised data mart
• Involved in the understanding of requirements from business users and translate into actionable tasks for data teams (DPM/DE/DA)
• Collaborate with data teams to design and implement feasible solutions
• Ensure logic change requests are implemented in the data marts accurately and reflects up to date business definitions
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of key metrics maintained in the data marts
• Prioritise tasks, align timeline and manage expectations of stakeholders across different teams
• Proactively identify pain points and gaps from both business and technical sides, and propose optimisation solutions

Job Description:
