Job summary

Grab is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Data Platform (Measurement & BI) to own the product strategy within the data ecosystem. You will dive deep into core problems, prioritize user needs, and shape the technical approach to BI capabilities across the lakehouse architecture.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of technical product management, with hands-on experience in building BI layers using dbt or LookML and a strong understanding of data flows through Trino, StarRocks or Pinot.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of technical product management experience.
• Experience building or operating metrics, semantic, or BI layers using dbt or LookML.
• Reasoning about metrics flow from lakehouse through engines like Trino, StarRocks or Pinot.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for Measurement and BI within Grab's data platform.
• Deep dive into key problems, obsess over users, and design for technical feasibility.
• Define platform vs. application boundaries for BI capabilities.
