Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to recruit a User Engagement & Enablement Specialist to drive adoption of Data Platform capabilities through targeted outreach, onboarding and learning programs. You will design and deliver learning experiences (training sessions, workshops, roadshows) and create engaging digital content using tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline.

Qualifications

Experience driving user adoption, engagement or customer success programmes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Drive customer success and platform adoption through targeted outreach, onboarding, engagement and enablement initiatives.
Own end-to-end customer communications for platform releases, maintenance, service updates and new capability launches.
Design and deliver user learning and enablement programmes, including training sessions, workshops, office hours and roadshows.
Develop engaging digital learning content using tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Build and nurture an active user community through knowledge-sharing sessions and engagement activities.
Capture and translate customer feedback into improvements through surveys and interviews.
