Job summary

CGP Personnel is seeking an organized candidate to support day-to-day operations of MCDR, Healthcare Analytics Platform, and Tableau projects for a government organization in Singapore. You will monitor requests, prepare weekly reports, and coordinate user onboarding and data access.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in IT/IS/Business Analytics, strong MS Office skills (Excel/Outlook/Word) and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of MCDR, Healthcare Analytics Platform, and Tableau projects.
• Monitor the Data Operations mailbox, track incoming requests, and maintain accurate request records.
• Prepare weekly reports on Data Operations requests and monitor turnaround times to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Coordinate user onboarding activities and process data access requests.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support operational and project requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Data Operations and Data Engineering teams.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
