Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a data analyst to collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, and to analyse large datasets for trends and insights. You will create dashboards and visualizations to clearly communicate findings to stakeholders and present actionable recommendations to support decision-making.

The role requires strong statistical analysis, attention to detail, and excellent written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong in data analysis tools such as Excel.
• Have practical knowledge and/or experiences in process improvements and innovation.
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Analytical and with good communication skills (written & spoken).

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights.
• Create reports., dashboards and visualization to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Present actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. doctors, nurses, administrators,) to understand their data needs
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using data-drive approaches.
• Translate data findings into strategic recommendations to improve business performance.

Other Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that the admin staff receive appropriate induction, orientation and training so that they possess appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs.
• Manage a group of admin staff providing admin support to the divisions doctors. He/She will conduct appraisals for these staff with inputs of the division doctors.
• Responsible for rooms and workstation allocation for the staff in the department.
