Responsibilities

• Data Strategy Implementation: Design and implement frameworks, policies, and procedures to effectively manage and maintain data integrity and security.
• Data Collection & Validation: Oversee the gathering of data from various sources, ensuring its quality and reliability through thorough validation processes.
• Database Management: Monitor and maintain database systems, ensuring data is stored securely and efficiently, and that data management policies are enforced.
• Reporting & Analysis: Lead the preparation of statistical and narrative reports, analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Quality Control: Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information
