Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) in Singapore seeks a Data and Insights Analyst on a temporary contract to support Marketing Performance & Analytics and Engagement & Outreach. You will analyse marketing and event data, optimise SEO and AI-driven content, and develop dashboards for decision making.

The role requires 2–3 years of data analytics experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI/Tableau. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, marketing research or a related field
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience using Python for data analysis is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and website performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation
• Research and evaluate tools, workflows and processes to improve marketing effectiveness
• Support SEO strategies and paid search campaigns
• Analyse website content performance to support AI-driven discovery
• Create and update banners, infographics and short-form copy
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors on projects
• Standardise data fields for post-event surveys and analyse results
• Develop dashboards tracking event footfall and survey responses
