Job summary

YEPEESOFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze operational and financial data, develop dashboards, KPIs, and business performance reports.

You will extract and analyze data using SQL, Excel, Hive, Presto, and MySQL; collaborate with business, finance, and operations teams to drive data-driven decisions; automate reporting processes. Strong skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, and SPSS are highly valued, along with experience in financial data analysis and KPI dashboard

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and data querying across relational and columnar stores.
• Strong Excel skills with data visualization capabilities.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Programming in Python with data libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience in statistical analysis and SPSS is beneficial.
• Ability to design KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Experience analyzing financial and business data.
• Ability to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, management reports, KPIs, and business performance reports.
• Extract, process, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, Hive, Presto, and MySQL.
• Perform business, financial, cost, and operational analysis and provide data-driven insights.
• Work with business, finance, and operations teams to understand requirements and support decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc and thematic analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Improve and automate reporting and data-analysis processes.
